Learning lessons from other developments around the globe, Tenacity want 55 Gracechurch Street to lead the charge of a new kind of mixed-use building with a new approach to publicly accessible spaces in the City. We want the public to interact and engage with our building and the spaces within it. Our proposals reflect the changing nature of the City by opening up the ground floor and creating a range of flexible and unique spaces that reflect the changing demands of both City workers and visitors.
