Visitor Experience

Our proposals will deliver an exciting, innovative and dynamic visitor experience from our flexible ground floor spaces to the sixth floor garden terrace.

Learning lessons from other developments around the globe, Tenacity want 55 Gracechurch Street to lead the charge of a new kind of mixed-use building with a new approach to publicly accessible spaces in the City. We want the public to interact and engage with our building and the spaces within it. Our proposals reflect the changing nature of the City by opening up the ground floor and creating a range of flexible and unique spaces that reflect the changing demands of both City workers and visitors.

Visitors to 55 Gracechurch Street will be able to enjoy:

  • Interactive spaces to engage with new technologies in med tech, prop tech, AR, VR and robotics.
  • High quality food, drink and social spaces to relax and enjoy with friends and colleagues.
  • Flexible spaces for entertainment and event use.
  • A publicly accessible garden terrace at sixth floor with panoramic views across London. The garden is served by public toilets, a café and event space on level 6 and a publicly accessible mezzanine walkway and viewing platform above.
